On August 28, 2025, Director Chen Weiquan of the Huangpu District Bureau of Commerce and his delegation visited the Association. Chen Jianxin, President of the Association, together with the Secretariat, warmly received the delegation. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on core topics including enterprises' overseas development practices, promotion of automobile exports, international medical development, and ecological construction in multiple industrial fields. They aimed to deepen resource linkage among the government, enterprises, and the Association, and lay a solid foundation for the coordinated development of regional industries.   Chen Jianxin, President of the Association, reported on the recent investigation achievements in Central Asia and the Middle East, and gave a comprehensive introduction from the dimensions of local market environment characteristics, industrial demand orientation, and project layout potential. These investigation experiences not only provide references for the development of fields such as automobile exports and the integration of international medical care and health preservation, but also offer practical basis for the government, enterprises, and the Association to explore overseas cooperation opportunities and expand development space in more fields including construction and cross-border supporting services.   During the meeting, the two sides discussed the cooperation directions in key fields. In the field of automobile exports, combining the industry's overseas development trends and actual needs, they exchanged ideas on policy alignment and resource allocation, and explored ways to tap cooperation breakthroughs by relying on regional resources to help enterprises connect with overseas markets more efficiently. In the field of international medical care, the two sides focused on the integrated development direction of "international medical care + health preservation", and conducted in-depth discussions on information sharing, resource integration, and model innovation in this field, clarifying the exploration path for the coordinated development of this field.   This discussion was not limited to a single field, but extended the cooperation vision to multiple fields such as construction, cross-border trade supporting services, and industrial digital services. The two sides agreed that it is necessary to take information sharing as a link, integrate the development needs of various industries with regional policies and resource advantages, break the coordination barriers between industries, and form a cooperation pattern of "multi-field efforts and full-chain coordination", so that the three parties (government, enterprises, and the Association) can jointly cover a wider range of industrial scenarios.   This exchange further consolidated the cooperation consensus among the government, enterprises, and the Association. The two sides made it clear that they will establish a regular communication mechanism in the future. In addition to continuously deepening cooperation in the fields of automobile exports and the integration of international medical care and health preservation, they will also proactively explore cooperation opportunities in more fields such as building materials and home furnishing, daily chemicals, new energy, and industrial digitalization. With the cooperation model of "all-round linkage and multi-field breakthroughs", they will work together to promote the high-quality development of regional industries and contribute to the continuous upgrading of the industrial ecosystem.
